transient = temporary
global = total
amnesia = loss of memory
There is a chance of 1: 1.000.000 to get it. For a short period, 24 h maximum, there is a total loss of memory.
No one knows why or how.
The chance of a subsequent TGA is again 1:1.000.000.
So don't worry if you got one.
